- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Mostly Pleasant. Good rates, etc. I've been a customer for over a decade. However, I have constant trouble paying my bill. I don't mail in payments, preferring to pay over the phone. It's impossible to get in touch with my local representative. They never answer the phone, or if they do, they say they'll call me back, and rarely ever do. It's annoying. Today, 01/02/2017, which isn't a holiday or a weekday mind you, I called all seven locations and no one would answer. I can only assume they are closed, without notifying anyone they would be closed. I would expect them to be closed on holidays, but today? If they're going to close on days like this, they should let us know. Today is my last day to submit my payment before my policy is canceled and they're closed. Something I would have planned for, had I been aware of it.
